A person believed in me and invested 700K, and I left work to go on a tour

A person believed in me and invested more than seven lakhs, and I left some work and went on a Tour.

YES

I was thinking about whether I should go on the tour because I have a list of things I need to do in 2024, and visiting Kedarnath is one of them.

It was a lot of confusion for me: should I stop going to the tour because he trusted me, or should I go to the tour since I believed that life is not all about working hard and making money? I should enjoy my life, travel, and experience.

So I took a clean sheet of paper, and this is what I exactly wrote:

What will happen if I go on the tour? :

  • Maybe the person who believed in me might have some weird opinions about me.
  • Other people might think that even though it has not started, he enjoys going on the tours and can be able to work.
  • I’ll be happy and exploring new places.
  • I’ll get more momentum and a good break to refresh and come back stronger.
  • I’ll be checking the list of things that I need to do in 2024, which gives me the confidence to believe that 2024 is going to be the best year of my life.

What would happen If I didn’t go on the Tour?:

  • I feel sad and might get a feeling that I am not enjoying my life.
  • That feeling might impact other projects as well.
  • The person who invested in me might be happy.
  • Other people might think that Tarak is a good guy who is dedicated to the work.
  • I may get a feeling that others are controlling my life, and I really don’t want that.

After writing everything on paper, I decided to go on the tour; no matter what others thought, I knew how much work I needed to put in, and I believed in myself.

If you are struggling to make any decision, I suggest you take a clean sheet of paper and write what happens if you don’t make that decision and what happens if you make that decision.
